IPCA is delighted to announce that we will be hosting the CEPA (Confederation of European Pest Control Associations) Board on September 6th, 2023, right here in Dublin. As a gesture of goodwill, they have expressed their intention to provide an insightful presentation for our valued members.
This presentation will focus on the critical topic of re-authorizing our pest control products. The subject at hand is of utmost importance - finding strategies to prevent a potential blanket ban on most of our rodenticides. While anticoagulants are currently surviving under an exemption from the ban, there's a significant challenge at the European level to maintain this exemption. The decisions currently in progress will influence enforcement starting next July.
We encourage you to stand in solidarity by joining us for this event. The session might take only around an hour, but it promises to be highly informative. Additionally, we're working towards securing CPE points (more details to come) for attending members.
